Our client is the plastic injection moulding company that guarantees the best realisation of various projects thanks to a unique mix of capabilities.
The group focuses on various market segments:
- Industrial supply: industrial, automotive and consumer products.
- MFC supply: (bio)medical & pharmaceutical plastic products, food and cosmetic packaging.
Currently, from various countries in both Eastern and Western Europe and Tunisia, more than 400 injection moulding machines, ranging from 30 to 2300 tonnes, produce the products for our customers.
Company is looking for someone with experience in mould making for injection moulds. This person could progress to a responsible position and managerial position in the short term.
What we expect from candidates:
•You propose solutions regarding the optimization of molds and processes and develop them further.
•Together with the injection molding technicians, you analyze mold-related technical issues.
•You oversee our mold department for the maintenance, repair, and modification of molds.
•You are also capable of conducting mold interventions yourself.
•Additionally, you outsource tasks and procure components from external parties.
•You closely monitor mold interventions and communicate about them with the production and sales departments.

Nasze oczekiwania
•You have a technical background and/or received technical education.
•Affinity with plastic processing is essential.
•Experience with 3D CAD/CAM software could be advantageous.
•Knowledge of molds and injection molding processes is a plus.
•You have an eye for detail and are punctual regarding administration.
•You enjoy thinking solution-oriented and motivating a team to reach a solution.

Rate depending on experience (between 21-24€/h)
Bonuses: 13th salary, holiday allowance, mileage allowance, family allowance, health and accident insurance, paid vacations
Reimbursement of costs of first arrival in Belgium (250€)
Initially, you will receive training related to everything concerning molds and injection molding
As a maintenance manager, you will have a versatile job with significant responsibility

You'll start with a temporary employment contract and after one year there is the opportunity to receive a fixed contract
